Welcome to Bluerader! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bluerader website, directory, and services (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
1. Use of Our Service
Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
Service Description: Bluerader provides a curated directory of third-party artificial intelligence tools and resources ("AI Tools"). We are a discovery platform and are not responsible for the operation, functionality, or policies of the AI Tools listed.
User Accounts: While browsing is available to all users, some features, such as submitting a tool or leaving a review, may require you to provide information. You agree that any information you provide will be accurate and that you will keep it updated.
2. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Post any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- Violate the privacy or intellectual property rights of others.
- Transmit any viruses, worms, or other malicious software.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or engage in any activity that disrupts, diminishes the quality of, interferes with the performance of, or impairs the functionality of the Service.
- Use any automated system, including "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to the Bluerader servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional on-line web browser.
3. User-Generated Content
Tool Submissions and Reviews: You may submit AI Tools for inclusion in our directory and post reviews of listed tools. By submitting content ("User Content"), you represent and warrant that you have the right to do so and that your User Content is accurate and does not violate these Terms.
License: By posting User Content, you grant Bluerader a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the Service and for our marketing and promotional purposes.
Responsibility: We do not endorse and are not responsible for any User Content. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor, edit, or remove User Content for any reason.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Bluerader and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Nigeria and foreign countries. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Bluerader.
5. Third-Party Links
Our Service contains links to third-party web sites or services (including the AI Tools listed) that are not owned or controlled by Bluerader.
Bluerader has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Bluerader shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Bluerader makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
In no event shall Bluerader, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
